Art Imitates Life Imitates Art

22 May

A clever robin has made in a nest in a bird-themed memorial wreath celebrating an animal-lover which is hung on a house on the banks of Blue Lake:

While the wreath is strategically placed by a bird feeder, it is also hung over the main entrance to the house, causing the robin to ruffle its feathers and desert its nest anytime someone enters or exits the home.

To see a world in a grain of sand
And a heaven in a wild flower,
Hold infinity in the palm of your hand
And eternity in an hour.
A robin redbreast in a cage
Puts all heaven in a rage.
